Traphaco wins Top 50 award for the fifth time

On June 16^th the “Nhip Cau Dau Tu” (Bridge of Investment) Magazine in cooperation with Thien Viet Securities Company (TVS) announced the list of the "50 most effective businesses in Vietnam" in 2015 or Top 50.

Top 50 is a program to survey and rank listed companies in Vietnam, using scientific methods of measurement up to international standards, with the advice of the financial analysts from the Thien Viet Securities Company and the VIG Fund Management Company.

As the leading firm of the pharmaceutical industry of Vietnam, Traphaco JSC won the Top 50 award for the fifth consecutive time.

With a long history of nearly 45 years, Traphaco is praised to have the best distribution network in the pharmaceutical industry, which includes 20 branches and three subsidiaries in charge of directly distributing Traphaco products to 22,000 clients who are drugstores across the country.

As reported by IMS, by the end of the fourth quarter of 2015, Traphaco was among the top 20 companies for revenue of the local pharmaceutical market.

In 2015, Traphaco’s revenue from drugstores grew by 41% compared to that of 2014. Traphaco is also the pioneer in applying information technology in medicine distribution.

Learning from the success of Traphaco, many pharmaceutical businesses have also studied and applied this technology to manage their distribution system in an effective way.

Recently, Traphaco was also honored as one of the top 10 major manufacturers which were presented with the National Quality Gold Award 2015.

The annual "Top 50" honors Vietnamese businesses with good business-oriented development strategies as well as good governance capacity in the context that the national economy faced a lot of difficulties and volatile. More specifically, Traphaco has been in the Top 50 for five consecutive years.
