Traphaco and FPT Digital organized the second digital transformation conference

On August 8th, 2023, Traphaco Joint Stock Company cooperated with FPT Digital to organize a digital transformation workshop with the topic "Sharing methodology and implementation of digital transformation at Traphaco". Attending the conference were Mr. Tran Tuc Ma - CEO of the Company, Head of the Traphaco Digital Transformation Project Department, Mr. Nguyen Huy Van - Traphaco Chief of Research & Quality Officer, Deputy Head of the Project Committee and other members in the Company's Board of Management. On the FPT Digital consulting side, there are Mr. Hoang Viet Anh - Deputy General Director of FPT/Chairman of FPT Digital, Mr. Le Hung Cuong - Deputy General Director/Director of Digital Transformation of FPT Digital.

Through the process of surveying and working directly with the Company's departments, the project recorded nearly 600 difficulties and wishes from the departments, the consulting unit identified 90% of these difficulties will be solved by digital transformation. Within just 24 days of launching the "Searching for innovative ideas" movement on the iHub platform from Traphaco and its member companies, there were 320 digital transformation ideas recorded by the system. Recently, FPT Digital has completed and implemented phase 1 report - Survey of the current status and orientation for building a Digital Transformation roadmap at Traphaco Company. This conference was held as a kick-off for phase 2 - Consulting on building a Digital Transformation Strategy and roadmap.

The conference opened with the topic about how to apply technology to accelerate digital transformation, presented by Dr. Le Hung Cuong - Deputy General Director of FPT Digital. Mr. Cuong shared about the two-speed information system including the core system and satellite system, which both ensures stability and supports creativity and introduces the latest technologies being used by businesses. Current applications such as cloud computing, big data, automation, artificial intelligence, internet of things, virtual reality... Technology is the foundational factor that helps realize digital transformation, bringing many benefits on cost and performance.

In the next presentation, with the topic "Implementing and managing digital initiatives effectively", Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh - Director of Digital Transformation Consulting FPT Digital described the project stages and implementation methods. Sharing about changing working methods and working models to achieve the rapid development of digital transformation. The overall Digital Transformation Roadmap uses the FPT Digital Kaizen™ methodology, ensuring specificity and ease of implementation, including a list of digital initiatives with detailed functions to solve difficulties and challenges. throughout the value chain from supply - production - distribution, in business processes and inter-departmental/subsidiary interactions.

After sketching the implementation roadmap, the key to implementing digital transformation lies in the human factor. This content has been analyzed by Mr. Le Vu Minh - Director of Strategy Consulting and Innovation of FPT Digital. Here, Mr. Minh introduced the concept of "digital culture", which is the result of the process of transforming people in businesses during the digital transformation process. Human resource transformation needs to focus on four factors: training, internal communication, team building and change management. Understanding each individual's strengths and using new strengths from inter-departmental capabilities will help optimize human resources; thereby creating creative and innovative human resources, increasing the competitiveness of the organization.

In order to bring more intuitive images to participants, the final presentation, led by FPT Digital Chairman - Mr. Hoang Viet Anh, provided practical experiences of FPT Group in the implementation process. now converting numbers.
