Traphaco staff visit Vietnam Pharmaceutical Factory and Traphaco Hung Yen

In order to help its staff understand more about the development strategy, the scale and business model of the company, on 23/8/2017, Traphaco Joint Stock Company organized a field trip to the Vietnam Pharmaceutical Factory and Traphaco Hung Yen Co., Ltd for its employees.

Employees of Traphaco were warmly welcomed by leaders and employees of Traphaco Hung Yen. Here, the delegation was introduced to the construction process of the plant as well as the scale and investment for the factory. They also visited the operating room, the production lines, and the company campus. The delegation was overwhelmed with huge amounts of work completed in a timely manner, the meticulousness in each detail as well as the scale and modernity of the company.

The Vietnam Pharmaceutical Factory in Traphaco Hung Yen Company has a total investment capital of nearly VND 500 billion. This is a modern pharmaceutical factory which is equipped with the most advanced technologies in the world. The production lines here are synchronous, automatic, high productivity, creating good quality products. Typically, the eye-nose drop production line uses the latest automatic Blow-Drop-Mold technology and Traphaco is the first company in the country to apply this technology in producing eye-nose drops.

With this technology, the eye drop vials are made of resinous plastic, auto-fluid and sealed in the sterile LAF within 13 seconds. The production process is automatic and there is no human intervention. The eye-nose drop production line not only meets GMP-WHO standards, but aims to meet higher standards such as GMP-EU. Beside the eye nose drop production line, other production lines are also invested highly and focus on technology and synchronism.

To have Traphaco Hung Yen as it is today, leaders of Traphaco, Traphaco Hung Yen, members of the Project Board of Vietnam Pharmaceutical Factory and staff of Traphaco Hung Yen tried at their best. Ms. Hoang Thi Ruoc, Director of Traphaco Hung Yen Co., Ltd, said: "There were times when Traphaco Hung Yen staff and project members worked day and night to put the plant into operation on time".

Through the visit, Traphaco staffs have a better understanding of the scale and modernity of the Traphaco plant system, as well as the trust and success of the company's development strategy for the 2017-2020 period.
