Traphaco – A Happy House

Organizing holidays for employees is one of the annual activities that the Board of Directors and the Trade Union of Traphaco always pay attention to in order to bring joy, moments of rest and relaxation after working days to their workers, to create opportunity for all members of the company to exchange, to know more about each other, as well as to respond to the efforts of everyone in the work. This is also the opportunity for workers to rest and regenerate themselves to focus on the fulfillment of the targets set for 2017 later.

On July 17-21, nearly 300 employees and collaborates from the Central and the Southern branches of Traphaco had a chance to visit famous scenic spots in the North as well as took field trips to modern factories of Traphaco.

The summer rain could not hinder the desire to go to the North to visit Traphaco headquarters – the house of love. On the first day, the delegation visited some places in Hanoi such as Van Mieu Quoc Tu Giam (Temple of Literature), Ho Guom (Sword Lake), Ngoc Son temple, and the Hanoi Quarters, with 36 old streets that still preserve the traditional crafts of Hanoi until today.

The second day, the delegation went to Ninh Binh to visit Bai Dinh Pagoda - the largest Buddhist temple in Vietnam - and Trang An ecological area. At the end of the day, the delegation moved to the Hoang Liet office, where they met with the office staff in the warm atmosphere that was full of laughter.

Next day, the delegation visited the factories at the Traphaco Hung Yen Co., Ltd and Traphaco High Tech Company. The delegation witnessed by their own eyes and listed to introduction about the most advanced and modern production lines of the companies, which helped enhance their trust on Traphaco product quality.

On the same day, the delegation moved to Ha Long Bay – a world natural heritage site where they had fun and warm exchanges with others at the Gala Dinner named Traphaco - Converge Night, and a teambuilding program called Together to Conquer the Pinnacle.

Through this meaningful program, staffs and collaborates in the Central and Southern regions were more connected and their trust on the company and the company’s development strategy was enhanced. This is also the desire of the Board of Directors, the Trade Union of the company so that each individual and each division will be more enthusiastic for work, to have peace of mind and to be happy, satisfied with life, work and working environment.
