Traphaco strengthens association and unity by summer vacation program 2017

Every year, the staff of Traphaco family are very excited with the summer vacation. With the goal of taking care of the lives of employees and organizing leisure activities for all staff after hard-working time, on July 10-15, 2017, Traphaco's leaders and the trade unions jointly held the summer holidays for members of all departments and branches throughout the country.

Considering this vacation not only a simple holiday but also an opportunity to unite all members, the company granted each staff with VND5 million and designed a program with various group activities.

One of the outstanding activities was the program called Love Connection, which took place on July 9-10, 2017, at the Hai Tien tourist site in Thanh Hoa Province. Attending the Gala Dinner were General Director of Traphaco Tran Tuc Ma, General Director of Traphaco CNC Ma Thi Hien, Deputy General Director Nguyen Van Bui, and other company leaders.

Although the number of participants was up to 640 people, thanks to the good preparation and close coordination between departments within the company, the program was successful, leaving a deep impression on the participants.

After the evening gala dinner, staff members enjoyed great performances. The humorous performances of the four teams called Pioneer and Creativeness of the Trade Union of the Business Division and the Responsibility and Identity of the Trade Union of Traphaco CNC received huge applauses of the audience. However, the most special part was the "Miss Beach Traphaco 2017".

The next morning, the competitioned named "Be Strong to Build Traphaco" was organized, including many team-building activities attracted the enthusiastic participation of all Traphaco members.

In addition, the Trade Union and divisions held many attractive and meaningful summer vacations in other locations such as the trip to Thao Vien Resort in Ha Tay of the Organizational Department; the tour to the coastal city of Quy Nhon of the Department of Administration, Finance and Accounting; the trip to Da Nang of the Maketing Department and the Quality Assurance Department; the trip to Flamingo Dai Lai of the Planning Division; the tour to Hai Tien of the Research and Development Department... and many other programs held by other departments within the company this summer.

Thanks to these exciting and meaningful summer holidays, staff members in the company are more solid, sticking together to love and to be more proud of their company. And this is also the desire of the Board of Directors and the Trade Union of the company so that each individual and each division will be more enthusiastic for work, to have peace of mind and to be happy, satisfied with life, work and working environment.
