Traphaco named among Vietnam’s Top 50 Most Effective Enterprises

On June 9^th 2017, Traphaco Joint Stock Company was honored as one of the Top 50 Most Effective Enterprises of Vietnam or Top 50.

TOP 50 is an annual valuable ranking list by the Nhip Cau Dau Tu (Investment Span) Magazine in association with Thien Viet Securities Trading Company, in consultation with leading economists from the Harvard Business School, referenced from the world's prestigious rankings made by Bloomberg, Businessweek, Fortune, and Forbes.

The survey board of the Top 50 project based on three criteria to select enterprises in the survey list, including: (1) Listed on the Vietnam stock market with a minimum market capitalization of VND500 billion ($25 million), (2) Revenues of the 3 consecutive years reaching at least VND200 billion ($10 million), (3) After-tax profit for 3 consecutive years from VND20 billion ($1 million).

As a leading company in the pharmaceutical industry of Vietnam, Traphaco Joint Stock Company is in the Top 50 most effective companies of Vietnam for six consecutive years. Traphaco is considered to have the best pharmaceutical distribution system in the pharmaceutical industry, with 21 branches and 2 subsidiaries directly distributing its products to nearly 24,000 drug stores nationwide.

Traphaco has endeavored to innovate the corporate governance system by applying technical advances, information technology in production and business such as the DMS sales software, the ERP Enterprise Resource Management software, the KPI tools ..., which helped improve labor productivity and build a professional and effective system.

In the third quarter of 2017, Traphaco’s Vietnam Pharmaceutical Factory will go into operation. This is a big plant, which was built on an area of ​​46,288 m2, with an annual capacity of 1,200 million units. Once officially becoming operation, the plant will employ more than 400 locals. This pharmaceutical factory and other factories of Traphaco all apply green technology, contributing to the improvement of the green value chain, which Traphaco has been pursuing for a long time: from the green materials to green technology, green products, and green services.
