Traphaco JSC held the Employee Conference in 2023

On the afternoon of May 24th, 2023, Traphaco Joint Stock Company held the Employee Conference 2023 in two forms, direct and online.

The conference was attended by Members in the Board of Management of the Company, the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union and the Divisional Trade Unions, representatives of departments/ branches, the Executive Committee of the Youth Union. The conference was chaired by Mr. Tran Tuc Ma - Secretary of the Party Committee – CEO of the Company and Mrs. Tran Thi Anh Phuong - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union.

At the Conference, Mrs. Dao Thuy Ha, Chief Operating Officer representing the Board of Management to report on the company's business activities in 2022 and orientation in 2023. Accordingly, Consolidated Revenue and Consolidated Profit After Tax of Traphaco all achieved a growth rate of 11%. The year 2022 also recorded many great activities with strong innovation such as: implementation of the Delegation of Authority, restructuring of parts; separating the Sales Reps of Herbal – Non Herbal Medicine; improve corporate governance capacity through application of modern management technology; implementing EU-GMP feasibility assessment for Traphaco Hung Yen factory; strengthen customer care activities; exceeding the quota of the register number/publication; Made a Breakthrough in new product creation; strengthening technology transfer activities… Especially, Traphaco successfully organized the 50th Anniversary of the Company's traditional day and received the First Class Labor Medal, the event was recognized by major newspapers and national television stations reporting, creating a great reputation and resonance in the industry. In 2023, Traphaco set a revenue target of VND 2,600 billion, consolidated profit of VND 326 billion and continued to implement large groups of solutions to maintain a compound growth rate from 2020-2022.
At the Conference, the delegates also heard reports on the implementation of the collective labor agreement, the use of the welfare fund, the amendment of the collective bargaining agreement, and the report on union activities and activities of the Board of Periodic Dialogue… Every year, the Company still ensured the welfare regime for employees, 100% of employees ensured jobs, the average income of employees in 2022 increased by 13.8% compared to 2021. The company always fulfills its obligations to employees, deserves to be an Enterprise awarded by the Prime Minister the Typical Enterprise Award for Employees. At Traphaco, human resources are always considered as the driving force of development, the cost of human resource development is considered a strategic investment.

In the past year, after the first quarter with the complicated situation of the Covid epidemic, in the later period life gradually stabilized, social activities were restored. The union and the company's leadership still ensure to organize annual activities for employees: organizing spring travel at the beginning of the year, vacations, celebrating major public holidays such as March 8th, October 20th, giving gifts on a special occasion…

The conference also heard comments from representatives of departmental unions, focusing on digital transformation and connection in the implementation of work between departments. In addition, there are practical suggestions, close to the interests of employees such as vacation regime, welfare, equipping more equipment suitable for the job position, creating the best conditions for workers.

Mr. Tran Tuc Ma, on behalf of the Board of Management of the company, thoroughly answered all the suggestions and recommendations of the employees. He suggested that employees regularly share with the company's Board of Management and managers their suggestions and questions. Focus on implementing the main solution groups of enterprises in order to complete the assigned key targets, contributing to meeting-overtaking the revenue and profit targets of 2023.

Attendees voted unanimously to approve the revised and supplemented Collective Labor Agreement. Mr. Tran Tuc Ma - CEO of the Company Representative for Employer and Mrs. Tran Thi Anh Phuong - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union, representing the collective of employees signed the content of the 2023 Collective Labor Agreement in the presence of the Executive Board of Traphaco Joint Stock Company and all delegates attending the Conference.
