The signing ceremony of scientific cooperation agreement between Ha Noi University of Pharmacy and Traphaco Joint Stock Company

On October31^st, 2018, the signing ceremony of scientific cooperation agreement between Hanoi University of Pharmacy and Traphaco Joint Stock Company (Traphaco) was heldat the Hanoi University of Pharmacy, 13 Le Thanh Tong, Hanoi.

Attending the ceremony, there were Prof. Nguyen Thanh Binh - Rector, Associate Prof. Dr. Dinh Thi Thanh Hai - Vice Rector, Dr. Pham Van Quyen - Vice Rector, Associate Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Chien - Director of National Institute of Pharmaceutical Technology, Associate Professor Nguyen Dang Hoa - Former President of Hanoi University of Pharmacy, Senior Advisor and School Teachers. On the side of Traphaco areMsc. Tran Tuc Ma - General Director of the company, Mr. Nguyen Huy Van - Deputy General Director of the company and the Research&Development, Quality Management and Marketing Department of Traphaco.

At the beginning of 2018, Hanoi University of Pharmacy and Traphaco have exchanged projects that could cooperate in researching and developing of outlines to reach agreement on cooperation in five areas: Pharmaceutical industry; Standards - Testing and Development of pharmaceutical materials; Pharmacological; Educate. There are 03 research topics and 01 subject that werediscussed aboutcooperation agreement and signed straight away at the ceremony today.

At the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Binh - Headmaster of Hanoi University confirmed that the signing of a cooperation agreement with Traphaco is a new important step to change the cooperation between a party that has demand - Traphaco and the other that has ability - the Hanoi University of Pharmacy. The school is committed to provide the best support to facilitate the operation of the project to ensure the speed and quality of the research.

At the ceremony, Msc.Tran Tuc Ma - General Director of Traphaco Joint Stock Company confirmed Traphaco is the leading pharmaceutical company in Vietnam. Therefore, the development strategies need to be invested in the development of science and technology. Traphaco has invested in many factories and good distribution system, with modern machinery, facilitiesand equipment to implement researching missions. Traphaco wants to cooperate in scientific research and product development especially when Hanoi Pharmaceutical University is also training many Traphaco's staff. Besides, Traphaco expects to have larger deals that are appropriate with the potential of the company. This cooperation is a precondition for a larger cooperation between Traphaco and Hanoi Pharmaceutical University.

Recognizing the importance of signing long-term cooperation agreements, the two parties agreed to arrange regularly meetingto evaluate the results of cooperation as well as signing new scientific cooperation contracts. Traphaco will invite teachers of the university to visit and work at the company. The two parties also reached the agreement on long-term and sustainable cooperation with many scientific achievements to contribute to the pharmaceutical industry of Vietnam.
