Training on “Middle manager and Leader mindset”

On October 19th, 2018 in Vinh Phuc, Traphaco Joint Stock Company together with Training & Consulting Toppion  Group held a training course on "Middle manager and Leader Mindset". Participated the training course are members of the Board of Management of the Company, as well as Heads and Vice Heads of Divisions and its subsidiaries including Traphaco Hung Yen, Traphaco CNC and TraphacoSapa.

Changing leadership mindset means changing how the capabilities and limitations of a leader being perceived. Because human beings actually have many potentials that are sometimes not fully discovered. After experiencing the coaching method from the International Coach Federation (ICF), the Middle Manager & Leader Mindset training course has helped many learners experiencing overwhelming emotions. To be aware that a leader needs having respect, love and gratitude, living worthily, responsible for his/her choices, tolerant and altruism. Especially great leaders must know how to balance their lives including two things: do their best at each moment and learn with a purpose in mind every single day.

In the afternoon, participants have had a "bloodshed experience" demonstrating the determination of a leader. Of course, with the technique that the Consultant guides, participants have only focused on the goal in front of them without feeling any pain. The most important thing is that through each experience session, the Consultant leads participants to the valuable philosophies and systematizes the most important knowledge. As a leader, people definitely know and have under their belts a lot of management knowledge, but maybe the implementation is not appropriate or because it was so successful in the past, they are very difficult to realize what they need to adjust. The experiences help participants discover their inadequacies and to change by themselves... Briefly, all the participants need to adjust themselves after the course is self-aware and determined to change.
