Traphaco organizes the Closing Ceremony of the Emulation Program & Honors 20 outstanding individuals in 2022

On November 22nd, Traphaco Joint Stock Company held a ceremony to summarize the emulation program to give awards at all levels, honor 20 outstanding individuals in 2022 and award the "Pride of Traphaco" contest. As one of the most anticipated events of the entire Traphaco system after 1 year of hard work, the program was broadcast online to all company employees in all regions of the country.

Attending the ceremony, there were Mr. Nguyen Cong Bang - Head of the Emulation and Commendation Committee of Hanoi City, Mr. Nguyen Truong Son – Secretary of the Party Committee of Hanoi Business Division, Mr. Pham Hoang Phuong - Chairman of the Vietnam Transport Union, Ms. Bui Thi Ngoc Thuy - Chairman of the Labor Confederation of Hoang Mai District. On the side of Traphaco JSC, there were members in the Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors, Board of Management and representatives of subsidiaries, departments and divisions attended the program.

In the opening speech, Mr. Tran Tuc Ma - Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors, CEO of the company commented: “The year 2022 is a year of many difficulties and fluctuations with the socio-economic situation, the situation health sector, and there have been many changes for Traphaco as well. In that context, Traphaco has adapted flexibly and effectively, performing a wide range of jobs in accordance with difficult and complex market conditions. The company has restructured the entire activities of the departments and the pharmacy presentation system according to the goal of maintaining the Number 1 position in Herbal Pharmaceutical and focus on developing Non Herbal Pharmaceutical. Revenue up to now reached VND 2,222 billion, reaching 95% of the year plan, increase 15% over the same period, expected at the end of the year to reach VND 2,400 billion, profit after tax reached VND 286 billion, achieving the annual plan, up 20% over the same period, is expected to reach over 300 billion by the end of the year. The company is honored to receive many noble titles and awards during the year. In particular, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the tradition, Traphaco was honored to be signed by the President of the country with the first-class labor medal for the company and the CEO that is individually received the second-class Labor Medal, the President of the Trade Union – Ms. Tran Thi Anh Phuong received 3rd Class Labor Medal. It can be said that 2022 is a successful year in all fields of the Company.”

At the same time, the CEO also shared some main contents and main activities that the company needs to focus on implementing in the coming 2023.
The first part of the ceremony was the ceremony of awarding emulation flags and certificates of merit from the Hanoi City People's Committee for the company and 01 outstanding individual, awarded the Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of Health, the General Confederation of Labor, the Vietnam Transport Union for collectives and individuals with good achievements in production and business, contribute to the strong growth of the company.

In the next part of the program, Mr. Nguyen Huy Van - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice CEO reported on the summary of the emulation program with the theme "Traphaco 50 years Promoting Tradition - Steady future". In the past 10 years, to further promote the role of the Party's direction and orientation, to promote the development of enterprises, every year the Company's Party Committee launches emulation programs associated with the development strategy, associated with the production and business plan. The programs not only attracted the enthusiastic participation of Party members from all branches, but also received the registration of a large number of people who are employees in departments and workshops throughout the company.
