 Conference of praising business owners with outstanding achievements in implementing Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU of the Hanoi City Party Committee - 2022

On the occasion of the 68th anniversary of the Liberation Day of the Capital (October 10th, 1954 - October 10th, 2022), on the morning of October 4th, 2022, the Hanoi Party Committee held a conference to meet and praise business owners who have outstanding achievements in the implementation of Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU on "Strengthening the mission of building the Party and People’s Union in non-state-owned enterprises in Hanoi city". The Party Committee of Traphaco Joint Stock Company is honored to be one of the four typical units of the Party Committee of Hanoi Business Sector to attend the Praising Conference and Mr. Tran Tuc Ma - Secretary of the Party Committee, CEO of the company honored to be the only Representative of the Party Committee of Hanoi Enterprises to be praised and rewarded at the Conference. Comrade Tran Tuc Ma has been leading the company for many years to successfully complete the tasks.

Over the years, the Party Committee of Traphaco Joint Stock Company has always affirmed the leading role and orientation in the business.

To do that, the Traphaco Party Committee has synchronously implemented the following solutions:

First is to choose worthy personnel: Guide and implement the project of human resource in accordance with regulations. Orientation for selection, introduction and election to the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, the branch committee of truly worthy personnel: Having positions, having influence on business activities, especially devoted to the development of the Party. Comrades Party members, branch committees of branches concurrently hold important positions in the enterprise, always exemplary, proactive and consistent in implementing and directing activities.

The second is to develop an action plan, agreeing with the company's leaders: Every year, the Party Committee develops an action plan and a work plan for the Party at the beginning of the year, discusses with the Board of Managements and unifies the transformation into the common goal of the enterprise, deployed throughout the system. Party work activities are publicized, detailed responsibilities are assigned to each individual, checked and evaluated in each period, and promptly adjusted according to the reality to realize the set action plan.

Thirdly, renovating the form of operation: Linking Party organization activities with corporate political tasks and educating Party members' ideology. Innovating Party activities, directing branches to organize trips back to the source, visiting red addresses. Integrating political and ideological education activities for Party members through extracurricular activities. Building a series of internal activities "Pride of Traphaco" towards the 50th anniversary of the company's tradition, directing trade union and Youth Union activities in association with the general plan and in line with the Party's work orientation.

Fourthly, developing emulation programs: To link the annual emulation program's goals with the production and business activity plans and the Party Committees’ programs at all levels. This activity was organized methodically according to a strict process: The Party Committee developed the content of the emulation program and launched it, and assigned the Trade Union and Youth Union to actively communicate and encourage individuals in the system to actively participate in the program. The annual emulation program is launched on the anniversary of the founding of the Party every year with reports, summaries and awards are given on the Company's traditional day. The evaluation of the program has a public evaluation board, with an individual in charge of monitoring and urging the implementation progress. Each year, more than 200 topics are registered to participate. Emulation programs associated with the results of production and business activities have brought many values ​​to enterprises, promoted the pioneering and exemplary spirit of Party members, and became an activity expected by employees of the whole system every year.

Finally, praising and rewarding typical outstanding individuals: Every year, in coordination with the Board of Mangagements of the company to propose to praise individuals and groups with excellent achievements. Conduct voting, nominate excellent individuals at all levels, select the Top 20 outstanding individuals every year to award a study tour abroad. Motivation encourages employees in the enterprise to actively complete the assigned work tasks.

• Party development activities are focused, always achieving and exceeding the assigned targets (in 2021, 3/3 of the new party members were admitted. In 2022, admitting 5 new members) Traphaco Joint Stock Company Party Committee for many years in a row is rated by the Party Committee of the Bloc as the tyical "Pure and strong".
