Each bottle contains:

Ofloxacin .... 15.0 mg

Excipients (hydrochloric acid, Sodium chloride, benzalkonium chloride, distilled water) ...q.s. ...5.0 ml

Chỉ định:

Treatment of a variety of external ocular infections such as conjunctivitis, corneal ulcer and infection, trachoma, blepharitis, dacryoscystitis, eyelid cartilage infection, hordeolum.  

Liều dùng-cách dùng:

Instill 2 drops into each eye, 4 times daily.

Chống chỉ định:

- Hypersensitivity to any ingredients of this medicine.

- Hypersensitivity to Quinolon .

Hạn sử dụng:

 24 months
