Each tablet contains 100 mcg sodium l-thyroxin.

- Hypothyroidism of any etiology.

- Cases associating with or without hypothyroidism require the thyroid –stimulating hormone (TSH) inhibition, especially in pituitary TSH suppression therapy.

The usual dosages are:

- The initial adult dosages are 25 to 100 mcg daily. The maintenance dosages are 100 to 250 mcg daily.

- Children with hypothyroidism: the initial dosages are 12.5 to 50 mcg daily. The maintenance dosage depends on body weight; the daily usual dosages are 3 to 4mcg/kg of body weight.

- Hypersensitivity to any ingredients of this medicine.

- Hyperthyroidism.

- Heart failure.

- Relative contraindication: insufficient coronary vessel, cardiac arrhythmia.
