INFRASTRUCTURE

- Headquarter is located on area of 800m² in Yen Ninh, Ba Dinh district, Ha Noi.

- GMP-WHO production Factory is located on area of 10,000m² in Hoang Liet, Hoang Mai district, Hanoi. The factory has been constructed with the investment of VND 60 billions and designed with the capacity of 1,000,000 products per day.

- Branch in Ho Chi Minh city with office area and GSP store

- Central Branch in Da Nang city with office area and GSP store.

- TRAPHACO Hi-tech  Joint Stock Company - Oriental Medicines Production Factory is located on the area of 40,000m² in Tan Quang commune, Van Lam district, Hung Yen province. The factory has been constructed with total investment of VND 70 billions and designed with the capacity of 2,000,000 products per day.

- TraphacoSapa  Limited Liability Company is located on the area of 10,000m² in Lao Cai province. The Company has the main function of providing clean and high quality medicinal herbs from Sapa mountainous area for producing health care products with the capacity of 1,000 tons of medicinal herbs per day.

COMPANY’S CULTURE

- In 2005, the Company was given the title “Enterprise for the progress of women”  - KOVALEVSKAIA award for female scientists of TRAPHACO,

- From 1998 to 2011, the Company has continuously gained the title “Vietnam’s high quality products’’ selected by the consumers.

- From 2003 to 2011: the Company has achieved the Vietnam Gold Star Award (TOP 100 from 2008 to 2011).

- In 2007:

+ The Company’s Trade Union was presented the third class Labour Medal by the Chairman of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

+ The Company was presented the second class Labour Medal by the Chairman of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

+ The exclusive Enterprise gained Techmart 2007 gold cup.

- In 2008:

DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES  IN THE INTEGRATION CONTEXT

- Invest in improving the human resources, renovating the technologies and equipments to push up the production and expand the market to achieve high growth rate (average of 30% annually) in the direction of industrialization, modernization and integration into the regional and world economy.

- Conduct synchronized solutions: improve the quality of human resources (newly train, re-train, send the staff to participate in local and foreign training courses), Change the management strucutre to conform to the scale and integration tendency (Parent company and subsidiary company interposingly own the capital).

- Concentrate in researching and developing products from medicinal herbs to become the lead company in aspect of developing products from medicinal herbs in Vietnam; maintain the market share of traditional products and at the same time expand to the world market to achieve sustainable development.

- Successfully create the famous and beloved TRAPHACO brand name. List the shares in Ho Chi Minh Stock Securities Trading Centre; try to turn TRAPHACO shares into the blue-chip ones.
