Effects:

Carmanus is an antioxidant flavonoid complex derived from the herb milk thistle (Cardus marianus) combined with vitamins B mixture, which  has long been used as a liver tonic with liver protection, antioxydant, support liver function, and stabilizing liver cell membranes. Carmanus works to prevent free radical damage, helps cholesterol-lowering, inhibits lipid peroxidation and fatty infiltration of the liver

-Chronic liver disorder, dysfunction of alcoholism, liver damage, liver poisoning by agents such as toxics, chemicals, drugs,…, and fatty liver

- Acute, chronic hepatitis and compensated cirrhosis

Carmanus is administered orally

Adults: 1 soft capsule three times daily

Childrents: Initial days: 12mg/kg/day divided 3 times. Following days: 8mg/kg/day

The usage adjustment could be depending on clinical state and period.

Side-effects:

On rare occasions, diarrhear syndrome and gastro-intestinal disturbances may occur in some certain fatigue patients.
