Trình bày:

* sugar – coated tablet:

- Box of 1 blister of 20 tablets.

- Box of 5 blisters of 20 tablets.

* film – coated tablet:

- Box of 2 blisters of 20 tablets.

Thành phần:

Each tablet contains:

Extractum Polysciasis ..... 0,15 grs

Extractum Ginkgo ..........0,005 grs

Chỉ định:

It is used for wide groups of ages for prophylaxis and treatment of following diseases:

- Loss of memory, cerebral circulation insufficience, vestibular syndrome. Cerebral circulation insufficience with its symptoms such as: headache, dizzness, vertigo, sleeplessness, losing balance.

- Cerebral function deficiency: loss of memory, nervous breakdown, encephalomacia, sequel of cerebral disorder.

- Mental workers’ symptoms caused by stress such as headache, dizziness, vertigo, asthenic.

- Tremor in Parkinson – suffering patients. 

Liều dùng-cách dùng:

* Adult: take 2-3 tablets each time, 2-3  times daily

* Children: take 1-2 tablet each time, 2 – 3 times daily

Chống chỉ định:

Hypersensitivity to any ingredients of this medicine.

Hạn sử dụng:

 24 months (sugar coated tablet) 36 months (film coated tablet)
