The 5th Party Congress of Traphaco Joint Stock Company, term 2020 - 2025
On June 9th, 2020, in Hanoi, the 5th Party Congress of Traphaco Joint Stock Company (term 2020 - 2025) was solemnly held with the participation of 136 party members from 6 subordinate branches. The congress also honored to welcome the presence of Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Hanoi Business Sector and the Working Group No. 4 of the Party Committee of Hanoi Business Sector; Mrs. Vu Thi Thuan - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Board of General Directors, representatives of Traphaco Trade Union and Youth Union of the company.
At the congress, delegates listened to the Political Report, Review Report of the Executive Committee of the Company Party Committee, term IV, term 2015 - 2020 submitted to the 5th Congress, term 2020 - 2025. The 5th Company Party Committee Congress, the 2020-2025 term, is an opportunity for the entire Party to summarize and comprehensively evaluate the achieved results, frankly acknowledge the shortcomings, takes lessons from that to set goals, directions, tasks and implementation solutions for the next term. "Successfully building Traphaco cultural in the new phase is the key action program of the 2020-2025 term. Successfully implementing the emulation program is the annual key action program of the Company Party Committee".

In the period of 2015 - 2020, under the leadership of the Party Committee of the Hanoi Business Sector, the Company Party Committee has led the company to successfully implement the production and business plan of Traphaco, affirming the leading position of the brand Traphaco pharmaceutical in the care and protection of health for the people of the country, promoting the national medicine.
The company successfully built Traphaco Hung Yen smart pharmaceutical factory, put into operation in 2017, bringing the total number of factories meeting GMP-WHO standards to 4 factories. The smart pharmaceutical factory is invested in applying modern, green and environmentally friendly technology, has been in stable operation. In 2019, Traphaco Hung Yen Ltd Co., was certified as a science and technology enterprise and received many preferential national policies.
The company has developed and maintained a strong and widespread distribution system including 28 branches and representatives in 20 provinces and cities nationwide. The company has signed contracts with nearly 30,000 customers who are pharmacies, hospitals, clinics and treatment facilities to provide consumers fully and promptly.
In terms of branding, Traphaco is the first pharmaceutical enterprise to conduct a brand health assessment of an enterprise through the independent market research company - Nielsen. The research results on consumer and pharmacy reviews show that Traphaco's brand health index is the highest in the pharmaceutical industry (Consumer Index - CBEI reached 6.2; Pharmacy index - RBEI reached 7.3)
Implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on continuing to promote learning and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example, in order to realize strategic goals and fulfill the set targets. In addition, Traphaco's Party Committee has applied creatively in practice activities at enterprises, launched an emulation program with the annual theme: In 2015, with the theme "Development of corporate culture", the entire Party has 187 programs have been approved for implementation; In 2016, with the theme "Technology Innovation - Product Development", the entire Party Committee had 175 programs; In 2017, with the theme "Work efficiency", the entire Party Committee had 257 programs; In 2018, with the theme "Realizing strategic goals", the entire Party Committee had 255 programs; In 2019, with the theme "Corporate Governance", the entire Party Committee has 262 programs; In 2020, with the theme "Building Traphaco culture in a new phase", the entire Party Committee will have 182 programs. During the whole term, there were 1,741 emulation programs registered to participate and 1,318 programs were approved for implementation.
The emulation program of the Traphaco Party Committee has been deployed for all years, attracting 100% of the company's employees to participate. The emulation program is a particularly effective creation of the Party Committee of Traphaco. This activity not only brings economic efficiency but also creates an emulation movement throughout the enterprise, attracting the participation of all employees in all fields of activity. The emulation program of the Traphaco Party Committee is a practical act of learning and following Ho Chi Minh Moral Example, contributing to education, raising ideology, maintaining the bravery and stance of the cadres, Party members and Employees of the whole company, contributing to building Traphaco for sustainable development.
Every year, the Party Committee has achieved strong and clean, typical strong and clean in 2019 and was awarded the Certificate of Merit to "Party Committee of Organization excellently completed tasks in 2019" of the Party Committee of Hanoi Business Sector. In the context of a volatile domestic economy in the next 5 years, the complicated situation of Covid-19 epidemics has raised new and more complex requirements for the innovation and development of enterprises. The Party Committee needs to grasp and properly apply the Party's direction and policies, strengthen solidarity within the Party and within the unit, promote all resources, continue to promote the successful implementation of the plan for the years 2020-2025, implementing the mission of "Creation of green products for human health", vision to 2025: Traphaco is the No. 1 pharmaceutical enterprise in Vietnam in terms of revenue and profit growth.
To accomplish the goals of the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of the Company continues to improve the leadership capacity of the party committee, promoting the role of the political factor of the organization; leaders, employees, party members, employees working in the Party Committee successfully completed the assigned tasks.
Strengthen inspection and supervision in order to improve the Party's leadership capacity and strength, and maintain the Party's discipline. Therefore, the Party Committee of the company chooses 2020 as the year to build a new Traphaco Culture with 6 cultural characteristics, in order to create a new competitive advantage for businesses, especially Traphaco people with a development mind and dynamism, reinforcing pride and connecting individuals to the company. Following the program, with the promotion of democracy and wisdom, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Company's Party Committee for the term 2020 - 2025 including 9 comrades; elected Mr. Tran Tuc Ma to hold the position of Secretary of Party Committee for the term 2020-2025.

The Congress passed many important issues, especially elected the Executive Committee of the Party Committee for the term 2020 - 2025 with full standards on political qualities and revolutionary morality of the members of the Communist Party of Vietnam. The congress also elected 02 official delegates and 01 alternate delegate to attend the 3rd Party Congress of Hanoi Business Sector in accordance with regulations.
