Traphaco Culture Training Activities Series

General Director Mr. Tran Tuc Ma has chosen the year 2020 as the year of: "BUILDING CULTURE TRAPHACO NEW STAGE" with the media slogan "Honest and brave - Proactively connecting - Innovating responsibly – Innovation is success".

Right from the beginning of the year 2020, training activities on "Traphaco Culture" were held for all employees of Traphaco from top management level to all officers and employees.

On 2nd & 3rd of January, 2020, the class of "Coaching Traphaco cultural behavior" for leaders and managers of Traphaco Joint Stock Company, Traphaco Hung Yen subsidiaries, Traphaco CNC, Traphaco Sapa and Dak Lak Pharmaceutical Company.

January 4th, 2020 is a class of "Traphaco Cultural Spirit" for office staffs of Traphaco, Traphaco Hung Yen and Traphaco CNC.

On 06th, 07th and 13th of January, 2020 continue to be the classes "Traphaco Cultural Spirit" for sales employees of the Northern, Central, Northern-Central and Southern region.

With a total of 1,043 employees attending, Practitioners were informed to better understand the new Traphaco Culture. Understanding the key to creating culture and understanding its role in building and maintaining organizational culture. Understanding, remember and know how to implement the 06 principles of ultimate culture including:

1. Honesty: Doing it right even when no one controls it

2. Responsibilities: I - causes and solutions

3. Proactive: Act without waiting

4. Connecting: Coordinate to action to the end

5. Creative: Is there any better solution

6. Brave: Accept changes, accept challenges

With the method of direct interviewing about the changed behaviors of the trainees, the students had exploited psychological behavior; identify factors that create weaknesses, strengths, personalities, and inhibit interaction, work, and competency performance; past experiences and unintentional decisions form weaknesses and ineffective habits;

After the course, students of all classes feel satisfied to attend a useful practical course for life and work. Able to find out their blind spots and learn methods to overcome limitations, promote their own capacity, responsibility to create strength for the collective, ... In addition, each leader learns more training coaching skills for employees, Overcoming weaknesses for subordinates and promoting the capabilities of employees.
