Meeting with the Retirees and Congratulate for the Lunar New Year 2020

On the morning of January 13^th, 2020, Traphaco Joint Stock Company solemnly held a meeting to wish the New Year Retirement Officers for the Lunar New Year, 2020. Welcoming retired officers at the meeting were Mrs. Vu Thi Thuan - Chairman of the BOD, Mr. Tran Tuc Ma - Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of the Company with the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, the Executive Board of Trade Union, Youth Union and representatives of departments. The meeting was honored to welcome 109 retired officers Traphaco, Traphaco CNC, Traphaco Hung Yen and Traphaco Sapa.

At the meeting, Mr. Tran Tuc Ma - Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director sent greetings to all Traphaco pensioners and a preliminary report on the results that Traphaco achieved in the past year. 2019 is a difficult and challenging year not only for Traphaco particularly but also for Vietnam's pharmaceutical industry generally. However, Traphaco still completes most important tasks, such as:

• Strategic orientation for sales in ETC channel: establishing a Hospital Sales Department, strengthening cooperation, technology transfer, technical assistance, and appointing Deputy General Director in charge of ETC.
• Negotiate with many companies preparing to import many products.
• Traphaco Hung Yen is recognized as a scientific and technology company, thereby exempting and reducing some corporate income tax.
• Traphaco also received many great awards such as: Enterprises for employees, Top 10 listed companies in 2019, CSI sustainable business awards ... Especially, the Company's Union has received Labor Medal Firstclass.

The values ​​that Traphaco achieved in 2019 will be the foundation for Traphaco to continue fulfilling the plan for the upcoming years.

On behalf of Traphaco's retired staff, Mrs. Hoang Thi Ruoc - Former Deputy General Director of Traphaco Joint Stock Company congratulated the achievements of the Board of Directors and employees of the company in 2019 and especially the caring of the Board of Directors in Traphaco's Association of Retirement Staff. In 2019, the members actively participated in activities and organized many volunteer activities, contributing to building the image of Traphaco. In 2020, the Association will maintain activities that have been implemented in 2019 and expand many other activities. Traphaco's Retired Staff Association also wishes to continue receiving the support of the Board of Directors in the following years.

Also at the ceremony, Mrs. Vu Thi Thuan - Chairman of the Board of Directors shared about the strategic goals of Traphaco in 2020 as well as the following years to help the retired employees of Traphaco partly understand the orientation of the company in the upcoming future. In order for the Retirement Association to continue to be a part of the Traphaco family, each member of the Traphaco Retirement Committee will be a Traphaco brand ambassador. Mrs. Vu Thi Thuan also affirmed that the next generations of Traphaco's staff are still following the tradition of the previous generations, preserving and promoting all achievements of Traphaco as well as striving to maintain the position of Vietnam's No. 1 Pharmaceutical Brand in 2019.

The meeting took place in an atmosphere of intimacy, warmth and happiness as a message to the next generations of Traphaco's employees with determination to complete the tasks, goals and plans for the new year.
