Traphaco JSC. celebrated the 47th Anniversary of the Traditional Day - Receiving the First-class Labor Medal for the Company Union

Traphaco is ready to reach new targets which is not only challenging but also very glorious. In 2019, under the theme of the year “Corporate Governance”, Traphaco has done a lot of work to prepare for sustainable development in the future.

On the morning of  November 28^th, 2019, Traphaco JSC. solemnly celebrated the 47^th Anniversary of the Company's Traditional Day (November 28^th, 1972 - November 28^th, 2019).

Attending the Ceremony, on the guests' side, there were Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang - Member of the Central Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Emulation and Reward Board, Chairman of Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Mr. Do Nga Viet - Member of the Party Committee of Ministry of Transportation, Chairman of Vietnam Transportation Union; Mr. Ta Van Duoc - Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of Hanoi Enterprises; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Anh - Director of Department of Communications and Emulation and Reward Ministry of Health. On the side of Traphaco JSC., there were Mrs. Vu Thi Thuan - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Tran Tuc Ma – Provincial Party Committee Secretary, General Director of the Company and members in the Board of Directors, Executive Board, The Supervisory Board, heads and managers of the departments, managers of the factories of Traphaco, the board of directors of Traphaco CNC, Traphaco Sapa, Traphaco Hung Yen and the excellent representatives employees the departments, the authors of the award winning emulation programs. The ceremony also honored to welcome the former guests of the company leader through the past periods.

In the speech of celebrating the 47^th anniversary of the Company's Tradition day, General Director Tran Tuc Ma acknowledged the continuous efforts of generations of employees in the company to maintain the spirit of production enthusiasm, since then, has built and maintained the position of Vietnam's No. 1 Pharmaceutical Company Industry for Traphaco.

2019 is a difficult year for the pharmaceutical industry. OTC market is almost increasing flat with a growth of 1-2%. Most of the listed big pharmaceutical companies have not grown and declined over the same period.

Traphaco is not the exception of the common difficulties in the industry. The company faces strongly competition, the following of competitors, from the media to the points of sales of customers. The situation of counterfeit and pirated products that follow Traphaco's key products creates significant pressure on the distribution system. For that context, it requires Traphaco to integrate on goals but be flexible in directing and operating solutions to meet the market, turning into a motivation to overcome difficulties.

Entering 2020, the company will focus on the following 6 key issues:

1) Strengthen corporate governance, cost management;

2) Strengthening marketing activities, integrating customer care activities with the program of points accumulation, promoting multi-channel advertising media to maintain market share;

3) Application of Information Technology and Business Intelligene analysis, strengthening customer management;

4) Promote research and development, register the list of products deployed in production, ensure a sufficient number of products to meet market demand;

5) Focus on promoting the ETC market, diversifying products through technology transfer and in particular, taking advantage of the opportunity of Circular 15/2019 / Circular - Ministry of Health on bidding, strengthening the promotion of products. have medicinal herbs reaching GACP to win bid in the coming years;

6) Focus on building corporate culture consistent with the actual situation and company strategy, ensuring future development.

At the ceremony of the company's traditional day, the First-Class Labor Medal was awarded to the Trade Union of the company according to the State-level Ceremony of Merit. It is the pride of the Trade Union company in particular and the collective of employees of Traphaco in general; is the recognition of the Party and the State for an organization always devoted to labor rights. Also in the ceremony, Traphaco JSC. was honored to receive Emulation Flag of the Ministry of Health for its positive contributions to the protection of people's health and rights for many years.

Also at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Huy Van - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy General Director summarized the emulation program in 2019 "Corporate Governance". This is an annual emulation movement launched by the Company's Party Committee, attracting the participation of numerous employees. After 3 serious grading rounds, the organizers selected 20 outstanding programs to be honored, including 1 special prize, 2 first prizes, 3 second prizes, 4 third prizes and 10 consolation prizes. The special prize worth VND 70 million belongs to the program of "Controlling expense limit in 2019" of Traphaco Hung Yen Co., Ltd.

In addition, 20 individuals with outstanding achievements in 2019 were also honored with certificates of merit and a special reward for a foreign trip.
