Traphaco commenced the new year and launched the emulation program in 2019

On February 12th (8th of the Lunar New Year), the Board of Director and all employees of Traphaco Joint Stock Company were present fully at Hoang Liet Assembly Hall to attend the meeting of the Lunar New Year of Lunar New Year.

The meeting took place in a joyful and excited atmosphere with the Tet greetings of the Chairman of the Board; followed by the report on the Tet holiday of employees, business units and production units (representative Traphaco CNCJSC).

According to the recognition of every departments, 100% of Traphaco's employees nationwide enjoyeda safe Tet holiday, security and order maintenance and preservation are done 24/7. The other areas belong to Traphaco are openned on the 8thday of the New Year, the business sector is also ready for the first orders of the new year.

General Director - Mr. Tran Tuc Ma acknowledged the efforts of the entire company in 2018, as well as given orientations for 2019. Selected as "Corporate Governance" with the message "Professional Administration - Cost Optimization - Resonance Value - AccomplishTargets", 2019 has 5 new points:

1/ Company strategic objectives for 2019 were implemented right away from January, transformed into KPI of departments, created an urgent pace to achieve the goal at the beginning of the year;

2/ Innovating marketing activities, enhancing Point of Sales Marketing (POSM) and product promotion programs;

3/ Apply KPI results associated with 3Ps salary for the salary system;

4/ Delivery of cost limits, optimization of costs for all areas of work;

5/ Orientation to promote hospital sales.

The General Director urged employees to unite to cooperate, promote strength, stick to the company's strategic objectives, resonate value, and bring the company together. With the achievements in 2018 and the previous years, along with its position as a Labor Hero, Traphaco is sure to successfully implement the proposed strategic target for 2019.

Also in the conference, Deputy General Director - Mr. Nguyen Huy Van launched the emulation program in 2019 "Business Management" to all employees. In the context of a volatile year of 2018, the Board of Directors acknowledged that it is necessary to focus more on governance, identify governance factors as the core, coordinate three resources: human resources - financial resources (financial) - physical force, creating resonance. Taking organizational stability is the basis for development, and governance is the solution to realize the strategic objectives of 2019.
